These attacks represent more than isolated crimes; they are part of a systemic issue where frontline employees are targeted while performing essential duties in increasingly hostile environments.
The vulnerability of these workers is exacerbated by their public-facing roles, which often require them to enter diverse and sometimes unwelcoming neighborhoods to ensure the delivery of essential goods and communication.
