I just got home from a Capoeira Angola workshop taught by MESTRE THEMBA, and I clicked on this gem of a video by PROF BLACK TRUTH.

I noticed that they make these posts every sunday, so I thought That I would post these Sunday Address videos every Sunday.

Things will be added, and things will be discarded. However, this website, first, last, and middle, will always be about the tradition of capoeira Angola.
