Rather than simply minding his own business and respecting the rights of others, McPartlan aggressively confronted them. Driven by a sense of racial superiority and entitlement, he spewed a torrent of vicious racial slurs, immediately transforming a serene outing into a nightmare of verbal abuse. As the confrontation escalated, McPartlan moved beyond mere hateful speech and committed an act of physical assault, violently attacking the father and daughter by throwing rocks at them.
